Outdoors? Gorgeous — as long as the weather plays nice.
A dry, shaded spot keeps the paper crisp and the sketches flowing.Here’s how it unfolds:
Guests have a quick photo snapped, join the waitlist, and then mix, mingle, and live their best lives while I sketch behind the scenes.
Prefer to linger and watch the magic unfold? That’s part of the fun too.

Let me know before the event and I’ll make sure they glide to the front of the queue.Big crowd? Big love — and no stress.
If we don’t sketch everyone live, I manage guest expectations onsite — so everyone stays part of the experience (and no one leaves disappointed).If you’d like extra guests sketched after the event, we can absolutely do that —

Each package includes a set number of promised illustrations.
I sketch as many guests as time allows onsite — and if any aren't completed live, I finish the rest after the event and post them to you, beautifully packaged and ready to share.If your guest list is larger than your package allows, no stress:
You can choose to purchase additional post-event sketches at $30 NZD per guest.
Or, if you'd prefer to set a firm cap, we’ll confirm your guest list before the event, and I’ll manage expectations onsite — so every guest knows exactly how it works.
Either way, the experience feels seamless, special, and considered — just the way it should.

We’ll snap a quick reference photo and guests can keep mingling, sipping, and celebrating while I sketch. If you’d like a few seats at the station, go for it. -

Think stylish impressions — not passport photos.
We hand-draw base sketches beforehand for speed, then customise hair, eyes, skin, and outfits live on the day.

A4 (210 × 297 mm) — the perfect size for framing, flaunting, or quietly admiring later.

Custom quotes start at $1,750 NZD including GST.
It all depends on your guest numbers, timing, and a few other fabulous details.

A 50% non-refundable deposit locks in your date, with the balance due four weeks before the event.
(Pens inked. Outfit picked). -
Postponing? No problem — you can move to one available date within the next year (as long as you let me know 4+ weeks before the original event).
Further postponements cost $750 per date.
If you cancel, the deposit is non-refundable — and if you cancel within four weeks, the full payment is non-refundable too (I’ll have cleared the decks for you).
A $350 fee may apply for last-minute travel changes. -
Absolutely!
No travel fees for events in Central Otago or Southland.
Other NZ regions are a flat $350 travel fee — and yes, I’m happy to jet further afield with custom arrangements. -
