I sketch as many guests as time allows, and sometimes that means everyone — it all depends on your guest list and how long you need me onsite.

If you’re planning for 50 or more guests illustrated, I recommend booking a minimum of six hours to let the sketches — and the connections — unfold at just the right pace.

    If we don’t sketch everyone live, I manage guest expectations onsite — so everyone stays part of the experience (and no one leaves disappointed).

    additional post-event sketches are available at $30 NZD per guest.

  • Each package includes a set number of promised illustrations.
    I sketch as many guests as time allows onsite — and if any aren't completed live, I finish the rest after the event and post them to you, beautifully packaged and ready to share.

    If your guest list is larger than your package allows, no stress:

    • You can choose to purchase additional post-event sketches at $30 NZD per guest.

    • Or, if you'd prefer to set a firm cap, we’ll confirm your guest list before the event, and I’ll manage expectations onsite — so every guest knows exactly how it works.

    Either way, the experience feels seamless, special, and considered — just the way it should.

  • Nope.
    We’ll snap a quick reference photo and guests can keep mingling, sipping, and celebrating while I sketch. If you’d like a few seats at the station, go for it.

  • A playful mix of markers and coloured pencils — bold, beautiful, and built to buzz.

  • Think stylish impressions — not passport photos.
    We hand-draw base sketches beforehand for speed, then customise hair, eyes, skin, and outfits live on the day.

    Lively, expressive, totally frame-worthy.

  • A4 (210 × 297 mm) — the perfect size for framing, flaunting, or quietly admiring later.

  • Custom quotes start at $1,750 NZD including GST.
    It all depends on your guest numbers, timing, and a few other fabulous details.

    Pop through an enquiry and I’ll build something tailored (and worth talking about).

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit locks in your date, with the balance due four weeks before the event.
    (Pens inked. Outfit picked).

  • Postponing? No problem — you can move to one available date within the next year (as long as you let me know 4+ weeks before the original event).
    Further postponements cost $750 per date.

    If you cancel, the deposit is non-refundable — and if you cancel within four weeks, the full payment is non-refundable too (I’ll have cleared the decks for you).

    A $350 fee may apply for last-minute travel changes.

  • Absolutely!
    No travel fees for events in Central Otago or Southland.
    Other NZ regions are a flat $350 travel fee — and yes, I’m happy to jet further afield with custom arrangements.
